Figured I might as well upload the whole story instead of just one day at a time.

So, my cousins came over for the week, which always helps my uncle. The first few days I just played WoW, watched TV, snacked and did a bit of homework.

But on Tuesday I finally did what I wanted to do since my last Spring Break; I went to San Francisco!
I took a bus to BART (Bay Area Rapid Transit, a local subway system) and I took that to one of the stops in San Francisco. I grabbed a map to figure out it was 10 stops away with a bit of help from a woman who takes BART often.
With the limited amount of money I didn't get to do much, but I was able to take a rail-car to Joe's Crab Shack, of which I had a coupon for $7 off a $25 order, which lowered my surf-n-turf platter down to around $21, with a 15% tip.
I then went to Pier 39 and walked around a bit, spent $5 to go thru a mirror maze, which is an unlimited amount of times so long as you keep your gloves on. I went thru it 3 times, my 3rd time I got so lost that I kept making my way to the entrance by accident. I finally just had to GET OUT after that.
I took a few pictures with my iPad, which is the main reason I didn't go last time, as I didn't want it to get stolen. I then went back to BART, took it back my hometown, then took my bus home.
I was gonna meet my dad that night, but I was so exhausted that after talking with my grandma and my cousins for a bit I passed OUT!

I didn't do much for the rest of this week, but I did get my homework finished up before the week was out.

A great thing though, yesterday I got my 2nd FAFSA check, then went and put it in on my debit card at the bank. I then went to my cousins first basketball game of the season. His team won by 18 points so my aunt invited us (me, my uncle, my grandma, and my two other cousins) to celebrate. Either Fuddruckers' menu has changed since I was 16, or I just never knew the whole menu when I was younger because they had a LOT. And how could I pass up a chili-cheese burger? But, when we wanted to go home, my uncle being the one who goes out so little, wanted to go everywhere in that shopping district, to my grandmothers distaste. By the time we got home we barely got my cousins pictures printed out. Also, we were able to go grocery shopping to get me some stuff for this weeks as well as some steak for whenever. My uncle, hearing that I got money of course asked me for $100 for his sons bike tubes. I was told he would pay me back on the 1st of next month, and I am holding him to that!

Today almost sucked though, because I had a sharp pain in my back on the right side last night. With my cousins over, I have to wait until the middle of the night just to use the bathroom in peace!

So, I woke up around noon, and answered my dads text he had sent a half-hour previously on if I needed a ride. [My iPad doesn't make a noise when I receive a text, which is a blessing in disguise if I ever get a text in the middle of a class.] My dad said it was too late as he was already home. You see, my dad being the coward he is won't come near my grandmothers house unless he's "loosened up" by a couple beers. Why? Because he's afraid of my uncle and grandfather. I was able to get a ride, though, even though it pissed my grandfather off. He was already angry because my uncles Ex-wife broke the deal she has with him and my cousins had to go home WAY too early. Since we have to leave quick, I forget the card I got for him, which I wanted my sister to sign for his 70th birthday tomorrow, but I told her to at least give him a call to say happy birthday.

Anyway, I made it, saw a lot of my family and enjoyed Easter with them. Even met some of my Step-moms' relatives and realized I'm not the only person who knows about Heavy Metal and its' great artists when I saw their Motorhead shirt. I also caught up with one of my cousins, played with my nieces, hid eggs for them, and ate to my fill. This time though, I didn't drink much soda and didn't immediately pass out after eating to enjoy more time.

The party starts winding down, there are barely any leftovers and after a lot of relatives have left my dad gives me a ride home. We agree to stay in touch and I tell him I will try to either start up my old phone or get new one.
I see that my grandmother hasn't left yet and chat with her, taking note to avoid my uncle, who always gets bummed out when his kids are gone.

Well, Spring Break is unfortunately over. Since my grandfathers' birthday is tomorrow, I'll try to get him something on my way home tomorrow to make up for not getting all my cousins and my sister to sign the card I got for him. But for now I'm just gonna calm down and get ready to fall back into the status quo of my life.

this sounds like quite an adventure!
